What wil I get if I order the Check In?

Ordering the Check In gives you data-driven insights, strategic confidence, and proactive management to build a high-performance team. After payment, you'll receive an email with a link to access the Check-In.

How does it work exactly?

We provide a secure link for your employees to answer a series of quick questions. You send the link from the email (including your text) to your team, and once they complete the Check In, they receive personalized results, and you receive a tailored debrief with actionable insights.

What's in it for me?

Apart from everything already mentioned on the website, think of the Check In as a ‘temperature check’, the first step. We provide an anonymized overview, giving you a clear understanding of where your people stand. With our guidance, you’ll have the insights needed to determine the next steps, so you don’t have to worry about what to do next.

What if things aren't going well for the team?

The likelihood of that happening is quite low, but if it is the case, at least you’ll be able to intervene in time. Waiting until it really becomes a problem always costs more time, money, and energy.
